Building Resilience in Unprecedented Times
The ability to heal and cultivate resilience in times of adversity is influenced by the different ways we relate to stress and our ability to bounce back from stress into care. Growing evidence in recent years has shown the effectiveness of time-tested contemplative practices in supporting mental wellbeing. In this seminar we will explore the role of the mindfulness in preventing stress reactivity, cultivating a skillful response to life challenges, and providing a lifelong path of mind/body health.
