Judith describes the relationship between embodiment and nondual spiritual realization. Embodiment, in the Realization Process, is the experience of being present within the whole internal space of one’s body. This is a more subtle experience than the awareness of sensation and emotion in our body or of our physical location and movement in space. It is the experience of our own nature as a fundamental, unified ground of consciousness pervading our body and our surroundings at the same time. Judith will also teach introductory Realization Process attunement, movement and chanting practices for inhabiting the body more fully and opening more completely to fundamental consciousness.
